membership in the group is controlled by roblox itself so it is a reliable signal of current employment and accounts that leave get moved to former while banned accounts get moved to terminated
the badge icons next to names are the real ones roblox uses for the administrator badge and the verified badge and the presence dot on the avatar shows if someone is online in game or in studio just like on roblox
badge visibility is controlled by each staff member so some hide the administrator badge on their profile which means it wont show here even though they still have it ingame
